- 2 ea Chicken Thighs Bone in, skin on
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp minced onions
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 dash salt & pepper
- 1 Tbs olive oil
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, minced onion, brown sugar, minced garlic and salt and pepper.
Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs, dredge each in the spices and place in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in Convection Oven @ 375 F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, slather with BBQ sauce and return to oven @ 400 F for approximately 10 more minutes to finish cooking.
Remove from oven and temp. Chicken is done when a meat thermometer placed in thickest part reaches 165 degrees F. Let meat rest in its own juices about 10 minutes before serving.
