Our Story
Hi, my name is Kathleen, my husband Paul and I are semi-retired, bi-coastal chefs, caterers and grandparents traveling across the country in our 26’ Winnebago RV...aka “Mercedes,” exploring as many states as possible, meeting new people and searching out unique food experiences and adventures.
We established “Cooking for a Crowd,” a catering and event planning business in 2012 in Orange, California when we once again decided to work for ourselves after having worked in the corporate hospitality and food service industry for businesses such as Disney, Brinker International, and Jacques Gourmet.
In 2014 we moved back to Central New York, we barely made it through one of the coldest winters in years when we realized it wasn’t for us, and made the decision to go RVing full time.
After four years of California to New York trips, and four journals later we’ve decided to share our travel experiences, both good and not so good, the places we’ve visited, Chefs’ secrets and recipes through our blog site.
We’re living a dream we’d love to share with you, won’t you join us...
